EPSOLM SALT BATH
Often after you have a massage therapy treatment the RMT will recommend taking an epsolm salt bath. The reason for this is it is great for easing achy sore muscles and reducing potential post treatment serene that may occur. In addition it is a great way to decrease stress.
The magnesium sulfate found in epsolm salt is easily absorbed through the skin. This absorption of magnesium provides many health benefits such as relieving pain & muscle cramps, eliminates toxins from the body, helps muscles and nerves to function properly, reduces inflammation and eases stress and relaxes the muscles of the body.
Therapeutic Bath: Use 3-4 cups of epsolm salt to a warm bath.
Relaxing Bath: Use 2 cups of epsolm salt to a warm bath.
Foot Bath: Add ½ cup of epsolm salt to a large pan of warm water.

ALWAYS drink water before, during, and after your bath to ensure you to not become dehydrated.
