If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is required and 48 hours notice for 90 minute treatments. Appointments that are cancelled with less than the specified notice, or missed appointments (NO SHOW) will be billed at 100% of treatment. Payment for the missed or cancelled appointment must be received the same week of the scheduled missed or cancelled appointment. The cancelled/missed appointment fee cannot be claimed through insurance. If you work in a profession whereby you are on-call, please do not book appointments during this time, as the cancellation policy still applies.
